Lidl is promoting a new neighbourhood discount food store at the corner of Stonefield Way and Victoria Road, South Ruislip.
As part of our ongoing commitment to public consultation, we have designed this website to give residents, businesses and other stakeholders an overview of our exciting redevelopment proposals.
As you may know, Lidl was granted planning permission on 18 November 2015 (Application Ref: 5039/APP/2014/3715) for the construction of a Lidl foodstore with associated car parking and landscaping. As a result of the continued success of the company and tremendous local support, the Lidl store concept has evolved and as a result of acquiring some additional land, there is now a fantastic opportunity to construct our latest store design on the former Rover show room and Comet store site.
As you can see from looking at our new proposal, this will provide the local community with a slightly larger store with increased car parking but importantly a more spacious, brighter and comfortable store enabling customers to benefit from an enhanced and more enjoyable shopping experience.
Should you decide to support Lidl’s proposals, or simply wish to get in touch to discuss the application, please follow the links provided.
- Provision of a new 1,687m² (net sales) neighbourhood foodstore;

- Creation of 40 jobs for local residents.
